Kim is a Cambodian-born, American-raised musician, photographer, and digital media specialist living in Western Massachusetts. She creates progressive folk rock music derived from the inspiration of the work she contributes to in the seven-piece progressive rock band, Sunset Mission.
Kim has also been in the local groups ZoKi, Parlicium, and has been playing in the area in multiple other bands since she was 14.
She first picked up a guitar at age 10 and has been singing since age 4.

She was a Marketing Specialist at Double Edge Theatre, Worked at Downtown Sounds Workers Co-op, was an Intern at Laudable Productions and the Institute for the Musical Arts, and is now Core Staff at North Star: Self-Directed Learning for Teens & an Apprentice at Healy Guitars. Kim is an alum of North Star, and the Institute for the Musical Arts’ summer programs as well.
